Katy was professional, thorough and hugely patient from beginning to end of our building project. We are immensely grateful for her incredible architectural vision which has made a truly quirky space into something amazing.

Katy was brilliant from start to finish. Making significant changes to a Grade II* listed house is always daunting, but she guided us skilfully through both the planning of our project, the listing approvals and its execution. Her technical expertise coupled with her flare for design and attention to detail were invaluable.

Since the completion, we have spent so much time in our Garden room. From our first meeting to discuss what we required, you then offered several sketches and ideas which led to a design that enhanced and blended in with our cottage. You dealt professionally with the local planning officer, secured planning permission and building regs approval, prepared the specification, selected suitable contractors, and negotiated all the legal requirements necessary for the building contract. Please feel free to use our building project as a fine example of your design capabilities

Morrison Studios provided design options suitable for different budgets and timescales for us to choose from. Katy made what could have been a very stressful and confusing time, into a pleasant and informed one. We would certainly use her services again and recommend her to anyone who is looking at improving their home.

Katy grasped my ramblings and arm wavings immediately on her first site visit. She produced a fantastic set of drawings, far exceeding the ideas I initially had. Katy also took care of the planning submission and chasing of the Planning Office which took a weight off my mind, and rather skilfully negotiated a slight amendment and my planning request was granted. I honestly can’t recommend Katy enough and now impatient for the building works to complete so I can relax my new home
